Six nights on the Ria Formosa
When the nearest sounds are birdsong and irrigation, when the garden runs to the horizon and the nearest town is a walk along a dusty road, the nervous system begins to soften before the first session starts.
RISE takes place at Quinta do Muro, an award-winning house set on 13 hectares beside the protected lagoon of the eastern Algarve. You have the whole house to yourselves: pools, orchards, gardens and the lagoon.
The shape of the week
Unwind, then rise
Each day opens and closes with yoga, breathwork and meditation. In between there is time to swim, journal, rest and explore. Day by day, the week moves you gently inward.

Sole use of the house, three meals a day, every yoga, breathwork and meditation practice, and transfers from Faro airport. All you need to do is book your flight.
From €1,600 per person, with a €500 deposit to secure your place.
