Before you come

Practices and packing

We choose singular places that embrace the landscape. Here we breathe, unwind, and connect with the world around us. Here is what your days hold, and what to bring.

Breathwork and meditation

Cath leads your daily breathwork, at the opening and closing of each day. These dynamic practices are designed both to enliven and to quieten the system, and each finishes with meditation.

Morning sessions call the body to wake to the day ahead. Evening practices cleanse and soften, so you can begin to move towards rest and surrender.

With Dani

Yoga, morning and evening

Each day begins and ends with yoga, guided by Dani Hiro, owner and founder of The ReWild Studio, the only yoga studio on the Iveragh Peninsula. She holds space for transformation, with teaching rooted in authenticity and guided by nature.

Practice with Dani is a living prayer and movement, inviting you to open up while also going deeper within.

What to bring

Be comfortable, be you

Portugal

Expect sunshine and heat. Pack light, loose clothing and sun protection if you need it, and clothes you love for lying and lazing in the sun. There are so many places to rest: by the pool, under a tree, by the lagoon, on the beach or on your balcony. Bring swimwear if you like to dip in the water, and flip-flops or sliders for around the pool.

Ireland

Kerry is famous for its unpredictable weather. As we say, "'tis better to be looking at it than for it", so bring a jacket. And yet when the sun shines in Kerry there is no place like it, and it can get hot, so be ready for that too. National Geographic has named Dingle one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Your packing list

We spend a lot of time outdoors, so pack for it. Whatever the temperature, use sun protection.

  • Comfortable hiking shoes or trainers, for hikes or simply a walk into the village
  • A waterproof jacket in Ireland. You may not need it, but better to be looking at it than for it
  • A hat, to keep the sun off or the heat in
  • Swimwear
  • Whatever you usually wear for yoga. In Portugal, remember it will be warm
  • Comfortable clothes for evenings around the house
  • Something you would like to wear for our evening out

Yoga mats and equipment are provided.
